2007.

During my visit in 2007 to Wiltshire, I returned to my favourite campsite on Knapp Hill. This site is very exposed to the weather. All nights are cold and windy, unlike Australian summer nights. 

On 17 - 7 - 07, it was World Meditation Day. I invited three friends to accompany me to Avebury to share a particular meditation for World Peace and for  the enlightenment of all humanity asking the assistance from all the enlightened ones. This was a very heartfelt meditation and in the few minutes after, in quiet space to myself, I asked for something really special to happen for me, to be shown ways that I could be of service. After the meditation, we dispersed as the weather brought heavy rain and strong winds. I  returned directly to my campsite and sure enough, my tent was flattened to the ground. The poles were broken, and my belongings were wet. I stuffed everything wet into my car and headed back to Avebury looking for accomodation. First Bed and Breakfast had one available room upstairs. On repairing to my room I looked out the window to admire Silbury Hill which is just across the road from the B+B. (Silbury Hill is an ancient sacred site, 4,500 yrs old pyramid earth work.)

On peering out the window, my mouth dropped in amazement at what I saw. I rushed downstairs to my car rummaging through all my wet belongings to fetch my video camera and this is what I recorded from the front garden whilst standing on the garden bench.
